Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
• Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at tessutiugcustomerservice@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Provide a detailed description of the issue along with images of the product.
• Once approved, the product must be returned within 7 days of approval.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days .
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
